We spent Saturday registering; going through safety checks on the car; and renewing old friendships. About half the competitors are folks that we’ve met on previous rallies. Everyone a bit older (including yours truly), but all anxious to get started on a new adventure.
We had a road test to calibrate our various measuring systems on the car followed by a Welcome Cocktail Party and a proper dinner.
Most of us went to bed early as we had an early start Sunday morning.
